Anatomy of the Subtle Body

This afternoon will include lecture, guided visualization, and simple pranayama to help yoga practitioners understand the movements of Prana, and the philosophy underlying the subtle body as expressed by traditional Yoga. We will discuss the 8 limbs, the 5 koshas, 5 Prana Vayus, Nadi, and Chakra (energy pathways and nerve centers). Open and accessible for all levels.
